Our new line of POWERISE® products provide a push button linear actuator system, with a deep range of programmable options. Capable of replacing manual effort, they offer fully customizable automatic motion control solutions. Each unit is plug-and-play and maintenance-free, designed for seamless integration into new and existing industrial systems.
Whether you’re automating a heavy hatch or operating equipment for a production line, POWERISE® makes complex motion simple. It also comes with a full manual override for added safety and flexibility.
From Automotive Roots to Industrial Versatility
POWERISE® technology first gained global acclaim through Stabilus’ automotive actuators, used in powered liftgates and hoods for major OEMs. Now re-engineered for industrial markets, it brings that same reliability to factories, production lines, and aftermarket systems. POWERISE® is great by itself, but it has also been designed for integration with the full ACE Controls product line. When combined with ACE Controls’ gas springs for example, POWERISE® can increase the load capacity for heavy objects that need to be moved up and down.
